RISCO, integrated security systems provider, builds Certified Integrator Program around feedback
The programme offers training and certification in a variety of products such as intrusion, access and video

RISCO Group, Inc., a leading provider of integrated security systems, announces the introduction of the RISCO Certified Integrator Programme (RCI) in North America. Designed from the ground up with input from hundreds of integrators nationwide, the programme includes many key elements based on feedback carefully compiled by RISCO Group, Inc. For example, a cornerstone of the programme is the exclusivity of RISCO Group, Inc.'s control and integration platforms, a request made by many of the integrators interviewed during the programme's development.

"We listened carefully to what integrators around the country told us they wanted in our RISCO Certified Integrator Programme, and we responded to what they had to say," said Len Friedman, President and CEO, RISCO Group, Inc. "We created RCI based on their suggestions and to meet their specific needs. This programme is a valuable tool to help RISCO's integrators win more jobs by specifying equipment to which they now have exclusive access."

The new programme also offers training and certification in a variety of product platforms such as SynopSYS integration, intrusion, access and video. RISCO Group, Inc. integrators also have access to the elite training programme, with classes available at RISCO Group, Inc.'s Melville, New York, training facility in addition to availability at integrators' locations nationwide.

Further support in specifying projects, writing scope of work estimates, planning, end-user training and commissioning of RISCO Group, Inc.'s integrated platform is also available through RES (RISCO Engineered Services), a newly created support mechanism. This all-inclusive comprehensive support service, available exclusively to RISCO Certified Integrators, is a fee-based, value-added service for integrators who have been awarded an installation.
