The tour also enabled Pyronix to gain a greater understanding of how they can support their customers going forward
The 2012 'Big Thank You' tour provided Pyronix with a great opportunity to thank their loyal customers

Following the 2012 Pyronix ‘Big Thank You’ tour to celebrate their 25 year anniversary,

Pyronix are delighted to continue with their ‘Big Thank You’ events in 2013 with the ‘Big Thank You Price Promise.’

The 2012 ‘Big Thank You’ tour provided Pyronix with a great opportunity to meet up with many of you, their loyal customers, up and down the country to say thank you personally. Pyronix also distributed over £60,000 worth of prizes to their installers. This Tour also enabled them to gain a greater understanding of how they can support their customers going forward.

A key decision that Pyronix took as a result of this feedback is to introduce the ‘2013 Big Thank You Price Promise’ where they are delighted to announce that they will freeze all of their prices throughout 2013.

Whilst Pyronix have seen a significant raw material cost increase in 2012, with more inevitably due this year, they have taken this conscious decision to support you by incurring this cost themselves. Together with the price promise, Pyronix will continue their efforts to further improve your customer experience and will continue to bring award winning innovative products to market. For these reasons Pyronix believe they are in the best possible position to support in 2013 and beyond.

Pyronix would like to thank all their customers for your continued support and wish you a successful 2013.
