“We are pleased to have Panasonic become part of our Extended Business Solutions program,” said AMAG Technology, Extended Business Solutions Program Manager, Shae Taylor. “The integration with the WJ-ND400 series NVR will provide customers with a robust total security management solution.”

Panasonic's i-PRO WJ-ND400 Series network video recorder (NVR) is a market-leading video storage and digital transmission system. The high-performance NVR connects and records up to 64 network cameras simultaneously with multi-format recording in H.264, MPEG-4 and JPEG for performance on par with today’s high-resolution IP cameras but with no per-camera license fees. Its embedded real-time operating system and purpose-built hardware ensure above-average reliability. The NVR's 200 Mbps throughput includes up to 128 Mbps for cameras to enable use of more cameras with higher image quality for high-performance security applications.

With built-in motion detection and filtered search, the WJ-ND400 offers 2x and 4x digital zoom on live or recorded video and quick IP setup for Panasonic i-PRO network cameras. The NVR offers multiple recording modes – manual, scheduled, event (pre/post), emergency and external timer. Video Motion Detection can quickly search for motion in a specified area of a recorded image, and recorded images can be downloaded to a PC.  In addition, two built-in network interfaces allow camera recording and client access. The WJ-ND400 NVR is optimized to work with Panasonic's i-PRO management software for multi-site system management.
