Pelco by Schneider Electric is now taking orders for the new C20 Series box cameras, the latest addition to its diverse lineup of video security solutions, company officials announced recently.

“Pelco has always responded to our customers’ needs. They asked for a high-quality, full-featured, affordable analog box camera and we delivered,” says Barry Lawson, Pelco product marketing manager.

The C20 Series offers high-resolution color, wide dynamic range and day/night capabilities that Lawson says are typically reserved for more expensive video security systems. C20 Series cameras include digital signal processing, backlight compensation, digital noise reduction, privacy zones, motion detection and adaptive tone reproduction to compensate for gradation of subjects.

“With quick, easy installation to meet the strictest industry demands, these C20 cameras are ideal for protecting indoor or outdoor environments including parking lots, retail, banks, schools and critical infrastructure,” Lawson says.

C20 box cameras are made to fit small domes, enclosures and corner mounts. Pelco backs its C20 cameras with a three-year warranty.
