BioCam300 is truly innovative as it is a highly functional yet affordable HD IP access control camera
ZKAccess BioCam 300 won in the access control - readers/keypads category

ZKAccess, a leading provider of biometric and RFID solutions, has been honored with the ESX Innovation Award. The ZKAccess BioCam 300 won in the Access Control: Readers/Keypads category.

The ESX Innovation Awards honour industry products and services for their innovative technology, design or application. Winners were selected by a panel of judges who evaluated the products and services entered for their potential to help security and life safety professionals run, grow, and maximise their businesses, as well as rethink the future.

Multi-functional IP control camera

“Our winners represent the best of the best. We applaud them for driving our industry forward and improving both the end-user experience and our ability to run our companies efficiently and profitably,” says George De Marco, ESX Chairman.

BioCam300 is truly innovative as it is a highly functional yet affordable HD IP access control camera which combines long-range facial recognition, video surveillance and time & attendance, all in a single device. It can operate stand-alone (no computer nor panel needed) for quick and easy installations requiring no special wiring, and can also be tied into any existing 3rd party access control panel having Wiegand input. BioCam300 embedded facial recognition technology unlocks a door once authorised users walk within 12 feet of its camera. Its built-in infra-red illuminators ensure accurate face recognition, even in low-light conditions.

"We at ZKAccess are extremely honored and proud to have been selected as an ESX Innovation Award winner," says Larry Reed, CEO, ZKAccess. "We look forward to introducing ESX attendees to the BioCam 300 at our ESX Booth # 718."
