Siqura B.V. is now part of TKH Security Solutions, a close-knit collection of five companies working together to provide integrated and complete security management systems for critical infrastructure, traffic, public transit, healthcare, financial institution, public building, and government applications.

Each company has a longstanding history of over 35 years as an expert in its particular field of the security industry, including access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, security management, and intercom communications systems. Siqura surveillance solutions will contribute its technology, expertise, and support in video networking to TKH Security Solutions.

Unified sales structure

Siqura sales offices have merged with those of TKH Security Solutions. The entire TKH Security Solutions offering will be marketed and sold under the TKH Security Solutions name. This ensures a unified regional sales front for each market, allowing current and potential customers to have just one point of contact for their entire security system. This arrangement makes it easier to design and deploy complete and successful systems worldwide.

TKH Security Solutions has its corporate headquarters in the Netherlands, with sales and support offices across North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, China, and Singapore. This regional presence enables TKH Security Solutions personnel to offer proactive pre- and post-sales service support to customers all over the world.

Excellent support

Siqura will also combine its support efforts with TKH Security Solutions to provide its customers with expert technical advice and assistance. The TKH Security Solutions expertise centers around the world have in-depth knowledge of the elements and issues that are essential to customers and the industry. Additionally, they are backed by centralised first-line support in intrusion detection, video management, and access control. This ultimately ensures smooth operation and effective systems.

Extensive training programme

Last year, TKH Security Solutions opened the doors of the Security Experience Center (SEC) in Amsterdam. SEC is an interactive and dynamic training facility that gives visitors insight and instruction in the various offerings and technologies from TKH Security Solutions. SEC promotes the firm belief of TKH Security Solutions that knowledge and understanding lead to success. By providing a wide range of trainings and educative materials on technology prevalent in the security industry, TKH Security Solutions strives to boost the confidence and competence of its partners and ensure the success of their surveillance solutions.
