Octavian Security, the leading UK security provider, has been named Business of the Year at the 2015 British Indian Awards for the second year running.

Recognising achievements in Britain’s Indian communities, Nottingham-based Octavian beat competition from six other finalists to receive the accolade. Octavian achieved a turnover of £13.5 million last year and has experienced significant global growth, opening new offices in South Africa and Zambia.

The security firm has also recently launched its Training Academy, providing additional training to upskill existing staff, clients and members of the public.

Reshma Sheikh, Director of Business Development at Octavian, said: “Winning the Business of the Year award two years in a row is a real achievement and solidifies our reputation in both our industry and the Asian community. To win this award is a real honour and it’s great for everyone associated with Octavian to receive the recognition they deserve for all their hard work.”
