The Octavian Group of Companies, the parent group of internationally operating security company Octavian Security, has relocated to new, purpose built premises in Colwick, Nottingham, following a period of sustained growth.

The Group's new 7,800 sq ft office complex, to be known as Octavian House, is located at Colwick Quays, a new marina development on the outskirts of the city.  The new building will house the Group's 40 strong executive and administration team and will also be used by the Group's training division to facilitate its SITO recognised security courses' seminars.

Sukhi Ghuman, group managing director of the Octavian Group says of the move:

"Just over three years ago, my business ran from my spare bedroom.  In just the last year we have doubled our turnover and have successfully penetrated the Dubai and Middle Eastern security markets and so I had to find a building for us that could facilitate further accelerated growth in 2007.

"Our old city centre location was extremely convenient, but we couldn't go on leasing more space within Cumberland House and decided that the time was right to give Octavian an address worthy of its internationally recognised brand.

"This building will really let existing and potential blue chip clients know that Octavian is a very serious player in its industry."
