The purchase expands Xentry Systems Integration’s reach in the dynamic and growing greater Ohio region

Xentry Systems Integration, a security systems integrator focused on delivering best-in-class security systems and services, has announced completion of its acquisition of Acree Daily Integrated Systems, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. Both Xentry and Acree Daily have each been dedicated to servicing customers in the Greater Ohio area for more than 35 years.

The purchase further expands Xentry Systems Integration’s reach in the dynamic and growing greater Ohio region, improving the company’s ability to deliver robust, integrated security solutions to the market. The addition of Acree Daily also adds a strong network of sales and engineering professionals. Xentry, a division of Matrix Systems, now accounts for more than 40 highly trained technicians and a service fleet of 30 vans.

“This acquisition is an ideal marriage of two very well respected companies with complementary strengths,” said Matrix Systems CEO Holly Tsourides.  “Acree’s integrity and focus on quality and service align with Xentry’s core values. We look forward to integrating the team closely within our organisation and capitalizing on the combined business moving forward.”

For more than three decades, Acree Daily has built a reputation as a leading electronic systems integrator. Clients in a variety of industries rely on the company for premium turnkey systems including security, access control and fire alarm. It brings to Xentry a line card of premier security technologies including AMAG Technology, Ascom Nurse Call, and Edwards Fire & Security. Effective immediately, Acree Daily will conduct business under the Xentry brand.

“Today’s competitive marketplace requires both scale and density to maintain high levels of customer service. Acree Daily customers and employees will now enjoy the benefits a growing company affords,” said Dan Blend, CEO, Acree Daily, who will remain with Xentry. “I look forward to being a part of the Xentry organisation and contributing to its growth plans for many years to come as Regional President of the greater Ohio region.”
