IPSR names Brandon Herr and Ryan Glass as partners who will be assuming roles in providing direction and leadership

IP Security Reps Inc. (IPSR), the premier security manufacturer’s representative firm, recently announced two new promotions adding to its leadership team. IPSR has named Brandon Herr and Ryan Glass as partners who will be assuming substantial roles in providing direction and leadership to the company. Both parties have extensive management experience and have worked at IPSR for the past year as regional sales managers of the east coast business. "Mr. Herr and Mr. Glass have both shown an amazing aptitude for leading sales people, selling in complex markets, and working with IPSR’s manufacturer partners; making them the perfect candidates to manage the day to day operations of the company.” States Rob Lydic, IPSR’s Founder.

Mr. Herr is an industry executive who is known for his strong work ethic and commitment to driving solution sales while demonstrating leadership in a highly competitive field. His career started over 8 years ago with Cincinnati Bell Technologies Solutions where he gained a strong background in networking and technology infrastructure which paved the way for him to make the switch to the security industry with IP Security Reps in 2011. Mr. Herr graduated from Bluffton University with a bachelor degree in Marketing and a double major in Sports Management. “Taking on new leadership roles over the last year and a half at IP Security Reps has prepared me to take the next step as partner and drive revenues for our manufacturers,” states Brandon Herr, IPSR’s partner. “I’m excited for the next chapter in my career and look forward to growing the business in the years to come.”

Mr. Glass brings more than 9 years of experience in the security/datacom field to the table and has worked for IP Security Reps for over 3 years. His extensive knowledge of system integration and video surveillance is a huge asset to IPSR’s customers. Mr. Glass graduated from Kent State University and believes strongly in the commitment to excellence and IPSR’s vision of bringing an IP-centric sales model to the market. “I’m honoured by this promotion to partner and looking forward to working closely with Brandon to ensure our operations are running smoothly and efficiently to better serve our customers,” states Ryan Glass, IPSR’s partner.

Moving forward, Rob Lydic, IPSR’s Founder will be less involved in the day to day operations of the business so he can focus on other areas of the business. “During our expansion to the East Coast, I was able to test the company on its strength in the market, and was extremely pleased to see Brandon and Ryan lead the company to record sales. These two are battle tested and ready for the big stage.” states Rob Lydic, IPSR’s Founder.
