MOBOTIX AG, a leading manufacturer of digital high-resolution, network-based video security systems has had its seminar: “A vision of future proof digital CCTV” approved by The Construction CPD Certification Service. The seminar provides an overview of the key elements of modern CCTV systems and covers topics including decentralised technologies, sustainability and UK Home Office guidelines on identification standards.

The Continuing Professional Development Service was founded in 1996 as an independent organisation operating across all market sectors to be complementary to the CPD policies of professional and academic institutions. The CPD Certification Service supports further learning initiatives being undertaken by the Government, professional institutions, trade associations, individual organisations, training providers, suppliers and so on by providing an independent CPD certification process which assesses the content of lectures, presentations and material as conforming to universally accepted CPD guidelines.

“MOBOTIX is committed to education and works closely with a both our own channel partners, Electrical Contractors' Association and other Construction Industry Professional Associations to extend regular training sessions,” explains Trevor Holt, Specification Channel Manager, UK for MOBOTIX, “We are pleased to be working with The CPD Certification Service and over the coming months we plan to extend our educational seminar programme to other organisations within the sector.”
