Pro-Vision's strong performance and target audience will take MOBOTIX business to the next level

MOBOTIX AG, a leading manufacturer of digital high-resolution, network-based video security systems has taken Pro-Vision on board as a new distributor to offer its complete range to a community of several thousand installers across the UK.

Pro-Vision is an independently owned trade distributor of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and Access Control products. Based in Shrewsbury, Pro-Vision have a strong track record of delivering expertise to their customers through a dedicated field sales team supported by high calibre internal sales staff working in partnership to deliver value, quality and service.

"The strong performance of Pro-Vision over the past few years combined with their target audience of traditional security installers is an attractive recipe for taking MOBOTIX business to the next level," comments Dominic Chapman, Business Development Manager for MOBOTIX UK & Eire, "We are proud for them to join our community and very much look forward to the next stage in our journey together."

Pro-Vision only offers "branded" products within its portfolio of over 50 vendors. The addition of the MOBOTIX range adds the first distributed architecture solution and digital hemispheric products to its extensive catalogue. As Joe Hankin, Marketing Manager for Pro-Vision explains, "The addition of MOBOTIX strengthens our product offering and gives us more opportunities to ‘say yes' to the needs of our customer base."

The agreement which was signed on the 1st of November has been followed up with a newsletter announcement to over 5000 Pro-Vision customers that has already resulted in enquiries. "We will also be working closely with MOBOTIX in Q1 of 2012 on a number of market awareness campaigns to highlight the strengths of the innovative product set," Hankin added.
