Matrox’s Mura MPX and Maevex will also be featured in action by Advantech, Bilfinger Mauell, Polymedia and VuWall at the event |
Matrox Graphics Inc. recently announced that the Matrox Mura MPX Series of output/input video wall controller boards will be used by Advantech, and Polymedia and VuWall to drive a variety of video wall configurations at ISE 2014 (Amsterdam RAI, Feb. 4-6). The Matrox Maevex 5100 Series H.264 encoder will be used by Bilfinger Mauell to encode video over IP for delivery to its ME multiView X omnium visualisation system. The Matrox products will also be featured on the Matrox stand 11-M66.
Advantech Europe B.V. — stand 8-M210
Advantech has developed a series of industrial server boards, chassis and pre-configured systems (AVS series products) supporting two to five Matrox Mura MPX cards. The AVS-540 pre-configured system or ASMB-822 server board with five PCIe x16 slots can support five Mura MPX cards, allowing for a maximum of twenty video source inputs and twenty high-quality outputs. For example, in a factory control room, inputs could be connected to surveillance system NVR machines, to CCTV cameras monitoring equipment, to operator workstations running various applications and to servers running SCADA software for display on a video wall.
Bilfinger Mauell GmbH — Mitsubishi stand 2-A24
Bilfinger Mauell ME multiView X omnium provides monitoring and operation management of visualisation systems in control rooms, network operation centres and data centres. It captures diverse sources including applications, desktops, cameras and graphics signals via an IP network. Matrox Maevex H.264 encoders are used to cost-effectively deliver Full HD quality 1080p60 video over the IP network for display on the video wall.
Polymedia JSC — stand 12-B73
Polymedia JSC provides support for Matrox Mura-based video walls with its Polywall data visualisation management software. Ideal for control rooms and command centres, the combined solution supports a wide variety of data sources (both hardware and software), integrates with enterprise information systems including BI and GIS systems, and lets users control all their visualisation resources from a single operator-friendly interface.
VuWall Technology — Advantech stand 8-M210
VuWall collaborative visualisation software can be used with Matrox Mura MPX cards to make it easy for system integrators to deploy video wall projects even in the most demanding control-room environments. A new digital signage software module that takes advantage of the latest Mura Network API provides a timeline tool to program and manage simple transitions and an intuitive scripting tool that lets user quickly create more complex and dynamic scenes.
