Milestone Systems has opened an office in Paris, announcing Jean Charles Barbou as the Country Manager, France.  He comes to Milestone with a stellar track record from working 18 years in the computer and software industry for companies such as Niksun, Tripwire, Axent, CrossComm, Cabletron, Cirel and Tandy.  He has a Master of Law degree & D.E.A of Public Law from the University of Aix en Provence.

Claus Rønning is the Country Manager for Italy.  He is experienced in selling software products through a tiered channel model in Southern Europe.  Before joining Milestone he worked for Trend Micro, Nokia, Cybernet and Fabbrica d'armi Pietro Beretta, as well as in his own consulting company.

Keeping up with the turbo pace of market growth in the U.S. security industry, Milestone Systems Inc. claims the largest company expansion in personnel:

Hedgie Bartol is Retail Sales Manager for the US and Canada based out of North Carolina.  He comes from Diebold Retail Solutions Group where he was the National Business Development Manager, achieving the Diebold "100 Club" and "Master Circle" in 2006.  He has also worked in high-level sales for Withrow Capital Inc., Identico Systems, and Crowley Communication Products.  He is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (A.S.I.S) Retail Council and active in numerous business networks.

Chris Wyller is Territory Manager for the North Central US based out of Illinois.  He has been a sales executive and systems sales engineer for such companies as Siemens Building Technologies, Tyco Fire & Security (ADT), and InfoMAX Investigations Inc.  He has a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration and is an active member of ASIS, pursuing the PSP Certification.

Kara Christenson is Territory Manager for the south-eastern US based out of Virginia, with experience as a systems consultant, business development and accounts manager at Kastle Systems, Neopost Inc., Savvis Communications, the Superior Group and Glacier Systems Inc.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Kent Sumida is the new Head of Presales in the Americas, based out of Oregon.  He comes to Milestone with vast experience of the CCTV and IPVS world from Calatel and GE Security.  In addition to managing and building the Solutions Engineer group, Kent has responsibility for Milestone Partner training and certification in the Americas.

Gunilla Wildey is handling Inside Sales, based out of Oregon, where she has previously trained in sales after getting a Masters degree in Sweden.  She has worked in sales and account management for both Kinnarps and York Solutions in the U.S.

Eric Arthur is Solutions Engineer in the Presales group covering the Eastern US territory, based out of North Carolina.  He joins Milestone from Buncombe County Schools, NC, where he has been responsible for implementing and running the IT infrastructure (including telephony, Audio/Video, and IP video surveillance) for the school system, which has 28,000 students.

Mike Sherwood is Solutions Engineer for the Central Territory, based out of Kansas.  He comes from ISG Technology, Inc., provider of innovative technology solutions throughout the Midwest.  He is an IT professional with 11 year of sales, project management, sales engineering and service management expertise.  He is a Hewlett Packard Certified Enterprise Sales Engineer, EMC Certified Technical Consultant, and Cisco Security Agent.  He is VMWare Capacity Planner Certified with additional certification in IBM SAN Storage Design and Implementation.

Gary St. Arnauld is a Support Engineer based out of Oregon.  He has both a B.Sc. in Business Administration and an Assoc. of Science in Electronics Engineering, and is a Certified Cisco Network Administrator.  He also has a Washington Master Electrician Limited Energy & Electrical Administrator Certification, and IP video software certification from OnSSI.  He founded a Systems Integration company and worked with software applications at companies like GE Healthcare, Welch Allyn, Antek Medical Inc., Mechanical Air Engineering Co., Cutter Precision Metals and Lusk Metal Corp.

Milestone Systems also has two new employees in its Dubai office.  Jomy Abraham, Presales Engineer, is a Cisco certified CCNA, CCDA, and Microsoft MCP.  He has achieved full training in Axis levels 1 & 2, Milestone XPE and XPCO, and is also Genetec Omnicast certified.  Rohit Khubchandani, Sales Executive Engineer, is a Microsoft Certified Professional and Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW), with an honors diploma in Systems Management and Software Technology, plus Milestone XPE certification.

In the Milestone UK subsidiary, Tony Logan is Presales Engineer.  He has multiple certifications from both Cisco and Microsoft, from his work in the security side of networking with IT software companies Logica CMG and Lynx Technology.  Tony has lived internationally as a professional rugby player.

At Milestone Systems headquarters in Denmark, Søren E. Kannov is the Presales Manager with special responsibility for large projects.  He has a long, successful track record in companies like Nokia, FL Schmidt, and Intel, with international experience that included living in Canada, South Africa and Switzerland.

Raziel Bareket is the new Milestone Sales Manager for the Benelux and Israel.  Based out of the headquarters in Denmark, he has eight years of sales executive and business development experience in companies like Scribona, Skandinavisk Computer Teknologi, EET, Vest Administrationen, Teleperformance and Euroman.
