Milestone Systems, the global leader in open platform IP video surveillance management software, has signed a Milestone Solution Partner agreement with OPAX, a video analytics developer based out of Norway.
OPAX develops software with unique detection technology, a type of Video Content Analysis (VCA) that is one of the fastest growing segments in the security market at the moment. With Research & Development conducted since 1974, OPAX is a pioneer in this rapidly growing video analytics market. The company has a unique and scalable system for intrusion detection and perimeter surveillance under demanding outdoor conditions.

OPAX exhibited their solutions last week at the Milestone Integration Platform Symposium held in Copenhagen, including a dedicated break-out session that gathered enthusiastic participants. The two-day conference introduced the OPAX intrusion detection and perimeter surveillance to 200 security experts from 27 countries.
