Milestone Systems, the world market leader for open platform IP video management software, continues to expand its organization by adding Martin Kaufmann as the Channel Marketing Manager.
Milestone Systems will further develop its partner channel in 62 countries with new initiatives across key regions. Based out of the company headquarters in Copenhagen, Martin Kaufmann will be responsible for handling Milestone partner programs worldwide, as well as events in EMEA and APAC.
A graduate of the Copenhagen Business School, Kaufmann brings more than fifteen years of experience in international sales, marketing and training in business-to-business activities, including positions at IBM, Canon and Thrane & Thrane. He has managed strategic and tactical marketing and sales projects including channel partner programs and initiatives such as conferences, seminars, events and sales promotion activities.

Milestone now holds two such international partner events every year: One in Florida in February and another in Denmark in September. Last month's 3-day forum in Miami was the biggest ever with 150 participants from 20 countries, including representatives and speakers from a dozen leading security manufacturers and vendors. These conferences also include certification training on the newest versions of Milestone IP video software.
