Customers benefit from the Siqura & Milestone partnership
Dedicated integration of Optelecom-NKF's line of Siqura® cameras and video servers with Milestone XProtect IP video management software is ensured as a Manufacturer Alliance Partner
Optelecom-NKF Inc. recently announced yet another important step forward in their efforts to simplify the use of Siqura cameras and video servers in a wide range of applications.

Siqura integration with Milestone XProtect

Optelecom-NKF is a Milestone Manufacturing Alliance Partner (MAP), which ensures full-featured integration of the Siqura product line with Xprotect™ open platform IP video software from Milestone Systems. Having worked closely with Optelecom-NKF, the Milestone Device Support Team recently released the XProtect driver pack 4.3, which incorporated almost the entire Siqura line of cameras and video servers into their list of interoperable products. This facilitates the installation and integration of Siqura solutions in a wide array of third-party systems.

All Siqura BC2x and FD2x fixed IP cameras now operate easily with XProtect Enterprise, XProtect Professional and XProtect Basic+. The Siqura V-30 E-MSA, S-50 E-MSA, S-50 E, S-60 E, C-60 E, S-54 E and C-54 E run seamlessly in XProtect Enterprise, XProtect Professional, XProtect Corporate, and XProtect Basic systems.

Customers benefit from the Siqura & Milestone partnership

"Milestone's new drivers provide our system integrators and other installing partners with an extensive selection of cameras and video servers to choose from, and this is just the beginning: We are currently collaborating to integrate our MD and HD PTZ IP cameras with Milestone Systems," says Roger Decker, Product Marketing Director of Optelecom-NKF.

"Optelecom-NKF has a strong position in both the US and European markets for delivering robust and ruggedized Siqura video encoders, especially in the transportation, government, and industry sectors.  Milestone software support now makes the Siqura offering available to a world of partners working with XProtect IP video management projects, whose demands for outdoor equipment in harsh environments are high," says Henrik Friborg, VP Strategic Alliances & Co-Founder of Milestone Systems.
