Vivotek's IP Desiging workships in the Czech Republic

The seminars are organised in partnership with the Croatian Chamber of Electrical Engineer

VIVOTEK is pleased to announce the start-up of a seminar series under the theme “Designing IP video surveillance systems”. The seminars, convened by VIVOTEK’s official distributor Alarm automatika, Ltd in Croatia, will run from November 2013 to March 2014. Organised in partnership with the Croatian Chamber of Electrical Engineers, the events are a great opportunity for their members to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge on the design and application of IP surveillance systems.

The Croatian Chamber of Electrical Engineers is a professional organisation with more than 1,500 Croatian electrical engineer members. The organisation serves as an open platform for members to share their professional experiences and knowledge regarding architectural and engineering activities. Under the supervision of the Croatian Chamber of Electrical Engineers, Alarm automatika tailored a series of seminars on in-depth IP surveillance for system designers and electrical engineer members.

The first seminar was successfully held in the city of Rijeka on November 20; approximately 50 professionals were in attendance. Alarm automatika has substantial market experience and strong support from VIVOTEK, and will thus continue to put great effort in these kinds of knowledge sharing events. Four more seminars on the same topic are planned to take place in the Croatian cities of Zagreb, Osijek, Split and Varaždin. The events will be held in November, December, and subsequently in February of 2014. More than 200 registered participants are expected to attend.

Sharon Lee, director of VIVOTEK’s Europe Business Division, indicated, “VIVOTEK is one of the world’s leading brands in the IP surveillance market, we possess profound domain know-how and state-of-the-art technology in the security surveillance industry. We are very pleased to cooperate with Alarm automatika, our valued local partner in Croatia, to share our knowledge and to promote IP surveillance systems. We are optimistic about the development of the IP surveillance market in Croatia. In the future we believe that, with this technology, the people of Croatia will be much better protected!”
