Mike O’Dea’s appointment strengthens and expands Teleste’s Video Networks business in the United States and Canada
Mike brings to Teleste over 20 years of entrepreneurial business expertise

Teleste, an international technology group specialised in broadband video and data communication systems and services, recently announced that it has appointed Mike O’Dea as Sales Director – North America to strengthen and expand Teleste’s Video Networks business in the United States and Canada.

Mike joins Teleste from VidSys where he held multiple positions for more than six years. He led significant growth primarily in the Municipal Public Safety markets as a trusted advisor on leveraging PSIM (Physical Security Information Management) in support of interoperability and inter-agency communications. As a leading driver of “Safe and Secure Communities”, Mike has helped major U.S. cities break through traditionally siloed environments in order to capitalise on various agency assets enabling real time situational awareness.

Based in the Washington, DC area, Mike brings to Teleste more than 20 years of entrepreneurial business expertise with a proven record of facilitating lucrative transitions to new markets. By combining technical capabilities with a keen awareness of client challenges, he is known to create customer-centric solutions to best suit their needs.
