Training magazine ranks U.S. Security Associates among “the global elite” in employer-sponsored training and development programs. On November 18, Training magazine announced the finalists for the annual Training Top 125. This is the ninth consecutive year the security company has been selected as one of the 125 leading training organisations, and according to Lorrie Freifeld, editor-in-chief of Training magazine, "The competition was impressive this year as 27 newcomers earned a place on the list."
"Congratulations to the 2015 Training Top 125 winners!" says Freifeld. "These organisations proved their commitment to effective training and employee development tied to corporate strategic goals and Kirkpatrick Level 3 and 4 results."
As one of the Training Top 125, U.S. Security Associates is among a select group of companies Freifeld describes as "unsurpassed in harnessing human capital." Top 125 finalists are selected based on benchmarking statistics ranging from total training budget and annual training hours per employee to detailed formal training programs and goals, evaluation, and measurement. Ranking on the list is determined according to quantitative and qualitative factors. Considerations include financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, and how closely training and development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives.
Jill Weitz, Vice President of Human Resources at U.S. Security Associates, congratulates Robert Lowrey, Training Manager for the security company. “This is a testament to your dedication and focus on making our security officer training program top notch.”
Freifeld points out, “It's not very often that training and workforce development professionals are appropriately honored for the remarkable dedication and energy they give to countless others every day of the year. The celebratory night in Atlanta is your night.” Freifeld is referring to the Top 125 Gala to be held on February 9, 2015 at the Georgia World Congress Center. At the Gala, the ranking of award winners within the Top 125 will be revealed with an official countdown to No. 1.
