ASUSTOR Inc., a leading innovator and provider of network storage solutions, will showcase its innovative series of NAS devices at CeBIT 2014 in Hannover, Germany, from March 10th– 14th. ASUSTOR will be exhibiting its 6, 3, and 2 series NAS devices along with its brand new 7 Series models which consist of enterprise-class rack mount devices. ASUSTOR's exhibit will also be featuring live demonstrations of its innovative ASUSTOR Portal platform and the newest version of its NAS operating system, ASUSTOR Data Master (ADM) 2.2. ASUSTOR Portal integrates high-definition multimedia playback along with web browsing and video surveillance while ADM 2.2 will introduce a variety of new features and functions.

ADM continues to evolve as ASUSTOR strives to create a unique and comprehensive user experience. Recent innovations from ASUSTOR include added resolution options, power control functionality and customisable background, screensaver and startup App to ASUSTOR Portal. Also recently introduced, is the revolutionary MyArchive function which allows users to use hard disks as removable storage archives. With MyArchive, users can simply plug in an archive when they need it and swap it out for a different one when they don't. This also helps users save power as archives that are not in use can be taken out for storage and do not always have to be powered on. Also, users will have infinite capacity expansion with the ability to utilise extra disk trays for storage and no longer have to rely on any external storage devices that would require additional power.

Additionally, the added My Computer function and thumbnail previews to File Explorer allow users to easily manage and browse files on their local computer and NAS from within the ADM interface, providing one-stop file management for both computer and NAS. ASUSTOR users are also sure to love the recently released Takeasy App which allows users to conveniently download online videos and playlists from sites such as YouTube, Vimeo, YouKu, Tudou and more.

ADM 2.2 will feature a host of new features and upgrades that ASUSTOR users are sure to enjoy including Windows ACL support and a variety of new Apps. These new Apps will include Photo Gallery, a photo management App with social media integration along with its corresponding mobile app AiPhoto which will be available on iOS and Android. Eagerly anticipated cloud storage Apps Google Drive and HiDrive will also be released with ADM 2.2. Additionally, ASUSTOR users will also get to experience upgrades to existing Apps such as Surveillance Center, Download Helper, Takeasy and ASUSTOR Portal. Surveillance Center will feature purchasable camera licenses for additional camera channels that can be viewed from both ASUSTOR Portal and the Web-based interface along with added intelligent video analytics and camera patrol functionality. The Download Helper utility will integrate with Takeasy, giving users added convenience when download streaming videos from the Internet. Furthermore, users of ASUSTOR's 6 series NAS devices will get to experience the YouTube TV platform via ASUSTOR Portal.
