ASUSTOR Inc., a leading innovator and provider of network storage solutions, announced recently that it has completed an integration with renowned IP camera brand Foscam, adding compatibility for Foscam's HD and SD series cameras, proving users with an optimal and highly cost-effective home surveillance solution.

Surveillance Centre is a powerful and comprehensive surveillance application for ASUSTOR NAS devices that was developed exclusively by ASUSTOR. Surveillance Centre can be downloaded and installed free of charge from ASUSTOR's App Central and also includes four free camera channels. Intuitive and easy to use, Surveillance Centre features a quick installation wizard that helps users to set up their cameras and begin recording in just 5 easy steps. Also, ASUSTOR is the first in the NAS industry to feature the output of surveillance video feeds directly to a local display via HDMI. This means that ASUSTOR users can view all their surveillance feeds from the convenience of their TV, making it easy for them to keep an eye on all areas of their home, from the garage to the front door or even the baby's room.

“We are elated to be cooperating with world renowned NAS brand ASUSTOR,” said Michael Chang, Marketing Manager at Foscam. “Foscam IP cameras and ASUSTOR NAS devices are a perfect combination that provides users with a comprehensive surveillance solution that can be used in the home, at work and in any other locations that need to be monitored.”

“We are very excited about this integration with Foscam, a very competitive brand in the home surveillance market,” said James Su, Product Manager at ASUSTOR. “When purchasing network IP cameras, price is usually one of the most important factors that users will base their purchasing decision on. Now ASUSTOR users can enjoy an ideal and cost-effective home surveillance solution when pairing their ASUSTOR NAS with quality IP cameras from Foscam.”
