Both CNL Software and Lenel have solutions deployed together in a number of enterprise level installations in the U.S., Europe and Middle East

The interface provides security intelligence, allowing organisations to react faster and more precisely to incidents

CNL Software, a world leader in Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) software is pleased to announce that its IPSecurityCenter™ PSIM has received Lenel factory certification under the Lenel OpenAccess Alliance Program (OAAP). The interface between IPSecurityCenter PSIM and the Lenel OnGuard access control, video and intrusion platform provides aggregated security intelligence allowing organisations to react faster and more precisely to incidents.

Both CNL Software and Lenel have solutions deployed together in a number of enterprise level installations in the U.S., Europe and Middle East. This certification confirms that IPSecurityCenter will support large complex deployments of the OnGuard system, into the thousands of devices and high volumes of events.

IPSecurityCenter PSIM is certified to support high levels of integration, including receiving alarms, sending events, On-boarding, Off-boarding, visitor management, live video with PTZ control, video playback, rapid graphical access to commands, as well as extended OnGuard platform options. Significantly, IPSecurityCenter offers OnGuard system users with real-time, dynamic alarm management; aggregating the information from multiple events into a single alarm. In isolation, these events may hold little significance, but when combined, they may pose a significant risk to a business.

“The IPSecurityCenter PSIM solution has completed the required factory testing at Lenel to validate the functionality of its interface to the OnGuard platform,” says Gidon Lissai, director of strategic alliances, Lenel. “We look forward to CNL Software’s continued involvement in the Lenel OpenAccess Alliance Program.”

"Our technology partnership
with Lenel will help us to
keep pushing the boundaries
of what is possible within
the control room"

“We are very pleased to receive the Lenel factory certification through the OAAP program. This is part of our investment in keeping our integrations up to date with the latest version of our Technology Partners’ products,” says Warren van der Merwe, VP Business Development at CNL Software. “Our technology partnership with Lenel will help us to keep pushing the boundaries of what is possible within the control room.”

IPSecurityCenter’s interface also offers end-users the following benefits:

  • Advanced Alarm Correlation - enabling multiple events to be grouped and advanced conditions specified for evaluating these events
  • Video Export – exporting video from a mixed set of sources and locations
  • Federation - allowing the creation of multiple standalone IPSecurityCenter PSIM deployments and establishing a link between them
  • Advanced Mapping - handling of large-scale maps with minimal image processing
