Matt-Epps-Oprema
Matthew Epps, Managing Director of
Oprema, said the company was pleased
to add Silvernet products to its portfolio

Oprema has been appointed a distributor for the SilverNet wireless networking range.

Cardiff-based Oprema are multi-brand distributors of analogue and IP network video surveillance solutions, as well as fire alarm, access control, intruder alarm and data products. Alongside product supply, Oprema prides itself on offering a bespoke solution service to assist customers who are faced with challenging installations.

"We are very pleased to be able to add SilverNet’s wireless networking solutions to our product portfolio," said Matthew Epps, Managing Director of Oprema. "One of our core objectives is to offer solutions to customers, not just products. We have previously had great success in providing wireless network systems to our customers, but now that we are fully on board with SilverNet we will be able to offer wireless solutions as a highly viable option at a competitive trade price point. We therefore see this strategic partnership as a coup for both SilverNet and Oprema as it will help both companies achieve their business objectives."

Utilising a wireless network as a method of transmitting video and data can result in massive savings compared to the cost of traditional cabling methods or leased lines, and as such offers a highly cost-effective option for businesses and organisations that are looking at ways to reduce their ongoing infrastructure costs.
