LEGIC offer its license partners and end users the base for individual solutions in a wide range of fields

LEGIC’s booth will showcase how a smartphone becomes a badge or a multifunctional credit card

Learn more about LEGIC`s latest developments at the Cartes in Paris. From 19 to 21 November 2013, we show you our latest evolutions. Be it a credit card, a smart card or a NFC mobile phone, LEGIC makes multi-application on the credential of your choice possible. We offer our license partners and end users the base for individual solutions in a wide range of fields, such as access control, office automation, time & attendance or parking solutions.

Multi-Application

Thanks to the LEGIC card-in-card solutions, the proven multi-application is not only applicable on a smart card, but also on your credit card or mobile phone. At our booth, you will find out, how a smart phone becomes a badge or a multifunctional credit card. Our Trusted Service Management IDConnect allows our partners an easy access to the world of NFC. In the future, the management of applications and rights on NFC enabled mobile phones can be handled easily at the touch of a button. The TSM is technology-independent and supports therefore not only LEGIC advant media, but also third-party solutions.

Peer-to-Peer

The entry of NFC in mobile devices created a flood of new applications, which complement the existing contactless solutions. The new technology has great potential to make the existing applications more efficient and comfortable. With our new software update, the LEGIC 4000 reader series become capable of Peer-to-Peer communication. As a result, it is possible to exchange data between two equal NFC devices. This offers many new possibilities: vending machine prices are actualised by tablets, plumbers read out the loss report of washing machines with their mobile phone, and coffees can be paid with the smartphone wallet.
