Both video detection systems are designed with Image Sensing Systems’ new detection zone set-up tool
The video detection solutions provide a complete vehicle detection solution for intersection control applications

Image Sensing Systems. Inc. announced recently the addition of two new products to its video detection product line: Autoscope Sn-500 and Autoscope Sn-510. These video detection solutions, optimized for markets outside of North America, provide a complete and cost-effective vehicle detection solution for intersection control applications. The products offer fast set-up, minimal maintenance, and high performance.

These processing cards deliver value and help reduce congestion, providing real time vehicle detection to keep traffic flowing through the intersection. The Sn-500 offers a three-camera video processor card that slides easily into a rack and provides stop line vehicle detection for three intersection approaches. The Sn-510 offers a four-camera video processor in a DIN rail that easily integrates into traffic control cabinets. These robust economical video detection solutions will empower transportation professionals to improve traffic flow and promote safety at intersections worldwide.

Both video detection systems are designed with Image Sensing Systems’ new detection zone set-up tool. This new set-up tool allows for an easy, efficient installation that can be done in 15 minutes or less.

“Autoscope is the market leader in above-ground detection, and the addition of the Sn-500 and Sn-510 are proof of years of innovative development driven by the voice of our customers,” Kris Tufto, Image Sensing Systems’ CEO said. “We are pleased we are able to address the concerns of the transportation sector by offering a non-intrusive video detection system that is easy to set-up and running within minutes. Traffic Managers around the world will now benefit from these additions to our video detection product line.”

Image Sensing Systems will be conducting a live demo of Autoscope Sn-500 and Autoscope Sn-510 at ITS World Congress in the ITS America Pavilion, October 14th through October 18th in Tokyo, Japan.
