BCDVideo (Northbrook, IL) and On-Net Surveillance Synstems (OnSSI) (Pearl River, NY) have partnered together to provide a complete software and hardware appliance for security integrators. The BCDVideo Orion Series will provide a complete catalog of turn-key solutions, all pre-loaded with Ocularis 5.0 - Professional.

"By embedding Ocularis Professional in BCDVideo's Orion Series products, we are providing a complete hardware and software package to meet the needs of various applications and environments," said Ken LaMarca, OnSSI Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “The solution is scalable and simple to configure and use, making it the right choice for standalone and multi-site applications."

The Orion Series includes 23 different video recorder server models built on a platform consisting of desktop, tower, and rack mount solutions. These systems are scalable from four to sixty-four cameras with up to 48TB of raw video storage capacity. This product line was designed as an affordable replacement for the DVR market. Integrators will now have the ability created to deliver an affordable solution, without sacrificing performance or quality to the small-to-medium sized business market, as well as countless other verticals needing a scalable solution. This unique variation of appliances allows for a complete solution based on the needs of the project, and the end customer. The Orion series - ready for install.
