The Will-Burt Company announced recently that its LINX Predator Elite intrusion detection security solution has been successfully integrated with SightLogix smart thermal cameras.
LINX Predator Elite provides complete 24-hour situational awareness through a truly integrated, multi-tasking, centralised system for access control and intrusion detection. Its modular design can integrate many technologies such as, CCTV, DVR, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter systems, environmental control along with thermal imagers and cameras into a single, easily managed system. Open architecture and adherence to industry standards give the system unlimited expansion and scalability capabilities.
SightLogix thermal cameras with video analytics are specifically designed for accurate perimeter security detection and assessment day and night in all operating environments. When coupled with LINX Predator Elite, intruder data including target size, speed, and GPS location produced by the SightSensor is processed quickly and accurately by LINX to alert security personnel to make fast, appropriate response decisions.
Both the LINX Predator Elite and the SightSensor have been certified by the US Air Force to Protection Level 1 Nuclear (PL1N), delivering a unique solution that brings the highest level of military security to both government and commercial facilities.
“We are truly pleased with the LINX Predator Elite system integration with SightLogix smart thermal cameras whereas it clearly demonstrates the flexibility and scalability of LINX,” stated John Stroia, Will-Burt’s Chief Operating Officer. “SightLogix’ advanced sensors seamlessly integrate with LINX and will provide flawless perimeter security.”
“The integration between the SightSensor and LINX Predator Elite brings military-grade security to a broader market,” said John Romanowich, President and CEO, SightLogix. “The joint solution exemplifies our commitment to provide world-class security to the transportation, energy, communications, chemical, utility, and defense industries.”
