WSS-4E is a smart scenario switch designed to easily trigger, at the touch of the button, four pre-programmed scenario conditions. The scenario conditions govern the behaviours of lights, garage door, window shade or other automation devices integrated with smart home security system. Homes can be fully controlled at one touch.

With the WSS-4E, users can create a ‘Good Night’ scene to turn off all the lights in the home, set the thermostat to a cooler temperature, and draw the shades. ‘Wakeup’, ‘Exercise,’ and ‘Dinner’ scenes can all be added to WSS-4E, a combination of controlled actions that are activated at the touch of a button, or set to be trigger based on a time of day or some action/event, like a garage door opening.

Expansion of home automation

The WSS-4E also has status response, when a transmitted signal does not receive acknowledgement from the security system, the WSS-4E will resend the signal to ensure the system received successfully. The battery-operated WSS-4E requires no additional wiring and it is ideal for the expansion of home automation options in new or modern home where cabling solution are limited.
