Blue Prism continues to demonstrate why its Digital Exchange (DX) is the go-to online community for accessing intelligent automation capabilities, as iGrafx, Kortical, and Coterie Solutions join its Technology Alliance Program (TAP) as affiliate partners.

The DX accelerates automation adoption by giving users the ability to easily integrate Blue Prism’s intelligent digital workforce with business process management (BPM), OCR, AI, machine learning, and front and back-office productivity tools.

Greater visibility

New capabilities include creating and deploying quality AI models that can be updated as new data comes in

Innovative software from iGrafx, Kortical, and Coterie Solutions will be accessible on the DX, enabling users to drag and drop these new capabilities into Blue Prism’s Digital Workforce, with no coding required.

New capabilities include understanding the impact of operational change on digital workforces, creating and deploying quality AI models that can be updated as new data comes in, as well as providing greater visibility into optimising digital worker deployment.

Intelligent automation

To date, Blue Prism DX assets have been downloaded tens of thousands of times, making it the ideal online community for augmenting and extending traditional RPA deployments.

Blue Prism’s chief partner strategy officer, Linda Dotts, says, “We’ve built the most successful intelligent automation ecosystem on the planet. iGrafx, Kortical, and Coterie Solutions are being added to a community of more than 37,000 users and 4,125 registered companies, accounting for tens of thousands of downloads. They’ve demonstrated an innovative spirit and commitment to driving the intelligent automation industry forward.”

Below is a quick summary of the new capabilities being brought to market by the new TAP affiliate partners:

iGrafx

Blue Prism and iGrafx enable enterprise users to keep track of how and where digital workers are being utilised

The integration between Blue Prism and iGrafx enables enterprise users to keep track on how and where digital workers are being utilised, optimise performance, and scale requirements beyond the single RPA script.

Additionally, this capability can help identify opportunities for expanded RPA usage or ways to reuse programs to simplify your automation portfolio. This further extends the relationship between Blue Prism and iGrafx as it maximises customer benefit through complementary technologies. As a first in this model, iGrafx has also become a Blue Prism reseller focusing on their existing customer base.

Co-Founder of iGrafx, Ed Maddock, says, “We are excited about our integration as it provides companies a clear and more holistic picture of where RPA is currently deployed and how it supports their strategic initiatives. Additionally, being able to visualise processes that are underperforming and identify new opportunities for RPA will be instrumental for continuous process improvement.”

Kortical

Creating rules-based systems is often not able to take into account all the different variables, which is where Kortical's machine learning models, coupled with Blue Prism's ability to get data from legacy systems, combine to great effect.

Kortical and Blue Prism give enterprises easy access to quality predictive maintenance AI

The integration between Kortical and Blue Prism gives enterprises easy access to quality predictive maintenance AI/machine learning models, which lets organisations easily automate processes end-to-end while delivering better equipment uptime at a lower operational cost.

CEO and Co-Founder of Kortical, Andy Gray, says, "Seeing results like a 1454% increase in engineer efficiency makes combining these two technologies an exciting partnership, with tangible customer benefits."

Coterie Solutions

The integration between Blue Prism and Coterie Solutions enables enterprise users to quickly experience purpose-ready, innovation hubs, tailored to RPA that specifically address the difficulties companies are facing in passing the ‘20 bot barrier’. Companies need a new way to innovate, brainstorm and manage the RPA programs to succeed.

Using the Innovation Hub, companies will find it easy to build innovation communities, crowdsource new RPA ideas and manage the assessment and project results all from one easy and fun platform.

Co-Founder of Coterie, Scott McKinnon, says, “Companies have jumped into RPA with both feet and early results are promising. However, many companies hit a barrier and struggle to validate new ideas quickly and efficiently. We can offer our RPA expertise visualized in workflows, assessment forms, and most importantly engaging ideation strategies, all in a matter of days.”
