Barco, a provider of professional visualisation technology, introduces its new IEX series narrow pixel pitch indoor LED walls. As the latest expansion to the LED display portfolio, the IEX series aims to introduce more dynamic, immersive, and collaborative engagement within corporate spaces and other indoor environments like TV studios and control rooms.

Direct view LED is arguably the most sophisticated video wall technology, delivering engaging visualisation experiences in any environment. Barco is a true LED pioneer, continuously bringing innovation into diverse markets for more than 20 years.

The company wants to provide peace of mind to customers, by delivering trademark high-quality products and a great service network, ensuring a very reliable operation. The new product range continues this tradition, introducing the Barco brand into different markets.

Adjustable for varying lobby, experience centre and boardroom set-ups and dimensions, the IEX series delivers the ‘wow factor’ organisational pioneers aim for as they work to welcome and engage both employees and guests. Users can select four narrow pixel pitch options (1.2, 1.5, 1.8 and 2.5 mm), each showcasing content at a 600-nit brightness level suitable for indoor environments.

Barco's IEX series simplify the installation process, using an innovative, screw-free set-up. The IEX video walls bring engaging viewing experiences, delivering flawless and vibrant content. Reliable performance is further supported by cable-free inter-cabinet connectivity with optional power and data redundancy.

What’s more, the IEX series also allows full maintenance from both front and rear, which helps users to alleviate issues without significant disruptions. “With the launch of our new product, Barco answers the needs of customers that want to combine simplicity with quality”, says Sander Buys, Product Manager at Barco.

Improving installation robustness

Next to the IEX range, also XT-Q makes its introduction, further expanding the current Barco premium XT series. This new product displays high-quality images with a very fine pixel pitch of 0.9 mm leveraging IMD (4-in-1) technology, while further improving installation robustness. The new IEX series and XT-Q are available worldwide as of October 2021.
