Allied Universal, a security and facility services provider, announces that Kelly Jacobs has been included in the San Diego Business Journal’s (SDBJ) 2023 ‘HR & Diversity Professionals of the Year Honourees’ list.

As Allied Universal’s regional human resources manager for San Diego, Desert Cities, Ontario and the Inland Empire, Jacobs is responsible for employee relations, compliance, claims management and internal investigations for more than 9,500 employees in the region.

Her contributions to the company include facilitating trainings for managers and supervisors both regionally and nationally with a focus on federal and state compliance, employee development and best practices to be successful in their roles. “Kelly is passionate about her role leading our HR programs and diversity initiatives for the San Diego team,” said Don Tefft, Allied Universal’s Global Chief Human Resources Officer.
