Bosch Security Systems will showcase its latest innovative products to industry professionals at the Integrated Systems Europe exhibition
The recently EN 54-16 certified ProAudio and Voice Evacuation System PROMATRIX 8000 will be displayed

Once again, Bosch Security Systems will use the platform of the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) exhibition, to showcase its latest and most innovative products to industry professionals. From 31st January to 2nd February 2012, the company will welcome visitors to Europe's largest fair for professional audio-visual and electronic systems integration at booth number B112, in hall 3. As one of the market leaders in Public Address and Conference Systems, Bosch has been a regular exhibitor at ISE since it began eight years ago.

As a highlight of the 2012 exhibition, the company will present OMNEO, its new media networking architecture. OMNEO has two components: a media program transport protocol suite that offers low-latency, high-quality multi-channel media stream exchange and a robust control protocol suite that provides reliable and secure system control for pro media networks of all sizes, from small to intercontinental.

Other highlights include demonstrations of Bosch's voice alarm systems; the Plena Voice Alarm System and the fully digital Praesideo Public Address and Emergency Sound System, which have recently been granted EN 54 certification. The certification, which Bosch was one of the first companies worldwide to champion, includes not only the central voice alarm equipment, but also peripheral equipment such as loudspeakers. Additionally, the integrated ProAudio Public Address and Voice Evacuation System PROMATRIX 8000, recently certified to the EN 54-16 fire safety standard, will also be displayed.

Bosch's new LC4 Wide Angle Ceiling Loudspeakers, which feature a particularly large opening angle for unmatched coverage and wide frequency response, will be shown. To give customers an overview of Bosch's extensive portfolio of loudspeakers, as well for information on the loudspeakers' EN54 certification, Bosch have compiled a Loudspeaker Selection Guide. This tool, which will be available in print format and as an App, explains the different features of all types of loudspeakers and eases the process of choosing the right product.

For conferencing, Bosch will present its new Central Control Unit (CCU) for its DCN Next Generation and DCN Wireless systems. The new CCU allows both wired and wireless delegate units to be integrated into one system. Each control unit is now capable of controlling up to 245 wired and 245 wireless delegate devices.  Furthermore, the CCU has been enhanced with the addition of several cost-saving features. The output power has been increased to enable it to drive more delegate units, reducing the need and expense of additional power supplies required for larger systems. The CCU can also be configured as a network controller, eliminating the need for a dedicated network controller which is typically required in large multi-CCU systems of up to 4000 delegates.

New functionality has been added to the DCN Wireless Discussion system. It now features a voice activation mode, which allows microphones to be switched on automatically once delegates begin to speak; thus enabling more spontaneous and open discussions. Further enhancements include the 128-bit AES Rijndael encryption for the DCN Wireless, which gives optimum protection against eavesdropping.

Bosch Security Systems new HD camera solution, for use with DCN Conference solutions will also be shown. It includes a purpose-designed HD Conference Dome camera with HD-SDI output for clear-crisp images. This new solution means installers no longer need go to the effort and expense of developing their own interfacing software and of purchasing third-party CCTV cameras. It provides them with a price competitive, off-the-shelf solution that meets all their customers' HD conferencing needs.
