XTS Corporation chose Falcon camera series for the increased security of the rural areas in Ecuador
Falcon® Series is a compact high speed unit with a receiver, camera and programmable lens module
In Ecuador, crime was growing in remote parts of the country where men in uniform were not properly armed for surveillance. The Government of Ecuador realized they were not only increasing their unsolved crimes, but it was also costing them more money to have post-crime actions than to invest in an established preventive measure.

The problem was by no means easy. They needed to have the necessary equipment that was also cost effective. High quality CCTV system with Monitors, Mobile DVRs, and mobile cameras specifically designed for police cars were needed to protect the entire city.

XTS worked closely with the police department to find a perfect cost-benefit match for that particular project. First of all, ViewXtation® Mobile from XTS is a digital video recording system especially designed for vehicles. Because of its H.264 video compression, high quality video is recorded with minimal storage space. With its ease of installation and anti-vibration design, this series was the best option for video surveillance in their police cars.

In addition, XTS Corp Falcon® Series is a compact High Speed unit that's includes receiver, camera and lens module with programmable features. It is designed with modular mix and match components including housing for outdoor use, drive units, mounting accessories and other many combinations. XTS Falcon Series® has IP66 certification that allows them to work on extreme weather conditions, without ever sacrificing the quality of the image. This Series includes wiper completely integrated into the enclosure; which made the perfect camera solution for the project.

Also XTS Monitors were selected to fulfil the need for surveillance in remote areas of the country. Through one of XTS preferred partner SECATEL Ecuador; XTS CCTV equipment was evaluated, tested and successfully implemented by officials in Ecuador.
