The UAE serves as the epicenter of the global Fintech community having received a 92% increase in Fintech funding in 2024 for a total of $1.3B – making the UAE the 6th most funded Fintech market in the world.

New climate-centered features

In line with the global sustainability initiative, Fintech Surge introduces two new climate-centered features:

• The GREEN FINTECH PAVILION showcases eight of the most groundbreaking and tree-saving startups offering sustainable finance solutions, and
• The GREEN DAY CONFERENCE aims to facilitate the largest Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing the world has ever seen, with 250 out of 1000 investors committing to only investing in startups that exercise sustainable practices.
