22nd edition of APS 2023
The Airport Show is the most important annual event that is dedicated to the worldwide aviation industry. It will be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) from May 9th to 11th, 2023. This will be the 22nd edition of the Airport Show held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group.
The Airport Show 2023 will further emphasize the significance of the events in developing business possibilities between the world's leading airport suppliers and service providers and the decision-makers at regional aviation airports. The 22nd edition will bring together a lot more influential decision-makers from major airports in the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia (MENASA) regions in order to connect them with the most renowned and leading suppliers and manufacturers of unique solutions and the latest technologies that will define the future of the aviation industry. The Airport Show will also highlight the significance of sustainability, digitalisation, Urban Air Mobility (UAM) in the sector, and other global industry efforts to facilitate the development of more sustainable and collaborative airport infrastructure as well as operational transformations.
The Airport Show will focus on the Airport Build & Installations, Airfield Construction and Installations, Airport Operations, Airport Technology & IT, Ground Support Equipment and Services, Airport Security, and Air Traffic Control sectors. This year, more than 200 of the world's leading suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers will present the most recent technologies at the Airport Show 2023 that will assist airports in achieving their business goals regarding sustainability, digitalisation, and urban air mobility. Aside from that, more than 4,000 aviation professionals will be present at the event.
The co-located events, ATC Forum, Airport Security Middle East, and the Global Airport Leaders' Forum (GALF) will take place to share insights and new innovations in the airport industry.
The Airport Show will also feature e-Apron – Sustainability Zone that showcases the latest in green ground handling equipment and services. These new solutions will take the sector a step forward in further shaping the sustainable airports of the future.
The Innovation Trail will include a curated selection of cutting-edge ideas from the industry's foremost airport service providers that will play a significant role in creating the airports of the future in terms of both efficiency and sustainability.
Different aviation companies can also take advantage of various networking opportunities to connect with other businesses in the industry with the Airport Show’s exclusive Business Connect programme. Its goal is to help businesspeople make good connections before, during, and after the event. Some of the services that participants can use are business recommendations sent by email, one-on-one meetings with exhibitors at the event, meet-and-greet services, speed networking, and VIP Tours.
For the purpose of addressing their needs and providing a platform on which they can engage, exchange knowledge, share best practises, forge partnerships, and discuss issues of common interest, the Global Airport Leaders' Forum (GALF) brings together the world's foremost aviation, policy, business, and technology leaders. A total of five conferences will be held under the Global Airport Leaders’ Forum and as per His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum,

Celebrating its 10th anniversary and supported by Women In Aviation (Middle East Chapter), the Women in Aviation Anniversary will also happen at the Airport Show. It is an annual event where international aviation leaders, female industry role models, and hundreds of college and university students who want to work in the aviation industry meet.
Leading innovations in airport sustainability, digitalisation, and urban air mobility will continue to be showcased at the Airport Show, supporting the efforts of the worldwide airport industry to build a more sustainable and collaborative airport infrastructure and transform airport operations through its exclusive features and co-located events.
