Airport security has tightened drastically in recent years as countries all over the world confirm their commitment to fight terrorism in all its forms, with particular attention to countering threats against civil aviation. There is a need to enhance international aviation security standards and measures in order to respond more effectively to new and emerging threats
Airport Security Asia 2011 will bring together top aviation security experts from around the world, and in particular from Asia to brainstorm strategies and evaluate new technologies that will enhance airport security and enable closer international collaboration on intelligence sharing.
