Intelligent access control system for one to two doors and up to 9,992 people. Several ACS-1 units can be linked via an RS 485 interface to form an integrated system with completely self-contained intelligence for each door. It has to be connected via bus controller. In an interconnection one unit, designated as the master unit (e.g. address 1), can be used to programme up to seven other units connected to the system. A common system printer can also be connected via a free RS 232 interface. ACS-1 is the modular access control system with proven technology that now has a track record of 35,000 installations. System extension is problem-free.
