artec technologies introduces new MULTIEYE GreenWatch hybrid network video recorder

artec technologies AG, the German manufacturer of the MULTIEYE High Definition network and hybrid video recorders introduces its newest product designed for high-quality video surveillance in smaller systems.

The eight-channel network video recorder is realised by the newest generation of the successful GreenWatch series. With its image-data processing rate of 250 megapixels, this recorder is predestined for deployment with megapixel cameras.

Three models are available: eight-channel full IP, Hybrid and Hybrid Realtime, each with four analogue and four IP inputs. This makes the GreenWatch ideal for expanding existing systems as well as for new installations.

The GreenWatch recorder is equipped with the latest MULTIEYE software full version 2.3, a 1TB hard drive, DVD burner, as well as a variety of outputs such as HDMI and DVI. It supports more than 550 camera models from over 80 manufacturers such as e.g. Axis, Basler, IQinVision, RIVA and Sony.

The recorders can be cascaded and/or expanded without problem through a wide range of software options such as PrivacyShield for protection of the personal sphere, PeopleCounter, or the MULTIEYE DataLog module for connection to cash registers, scanners or access-control systems.
