Additional info:

Teleste MPX-E8 rack mount video encoder is a temperature hardened video processing product that can be harnessed with eight video inputs, 3-port terminal server, two bidirectional audio, 8 bi-directional contact closure channel and 2 Fast Ethernet interfaces. The video processing is performed on software and can perform fl exibly video encoding and analysis. The three built-in EIA RS data channels provide multi-vendor PTZ camera control through Ethernet network either from keyboard controller or from video management software. Beside standard copper interface the support for SFP plug-in optics makes MPX-E8 suitable for deployment in a wide range of optical networks.
