The largest health board in Wales has chosen video wall technology supplied by Ultimate Visual Solutions (UVS) for the heart of its new Security and Network Operations Centre.

BCUHB

The Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) has its headquarters in Gwynedd and covers the regions of Anglesey, Gwynedd, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, and Wrexham.

It provides a range of primary, secondary, community, and mental health services to a population of about 700,000 people.

SNOC

As part of its improvement programme, the BCU Digital Data and Technology Team has established a Security and Network Operations Centre (SNOC) which is located with its ICT Service Desk.

The SNOC collects, analyses, and displays data about the performance, security, and availability of the network and its devices to help its team of ICT professionals detect, diagnose, and resolve issues, as well as to prevent and respond to cyber security threats.
