TopSource Worldwide set up a timesheet structure that captured hours by client and project along with suitable validations to ensure that the time was being recorded in real-time and from the correct IP locations. A data download was provided out of the timesheet system to be submitted to payroll.
The timesheets submitted by employees went thru an approval process to ensure checks before they were used for billing by Greysoft. An online web portal provided access to employees to submit investment declarations and modify them as and when required.
