RISCO Group UK, a manufacturer, and distributor of cloud-based professional security systems, has announced the attainment of ECHO-ready supplier status. ECHO (Electronic Call Handling Operations) was developed in conjunction with the BSIA, NSI, FIA, and FSA, combining current call handling systems into one nationally recognised effective police response to emergency alarms.
Quick response and seamless integration
The initiative partners with ECHO-ready suppliers that offer products compliant with PD 6662:2017 and BS 8243, which when installed by an approved installer is designed to ensure the quickest police response will be summoned via the ECHO platform to attend properties.
RISCO has a long-established reputation as a pioneer in innovative intruder security technology, now seamlessly integrating into video verification equipment, which has also delivered reduced police response times.

Meeting police standards
