Matrix successfully showcased its advanced security products and solutions at the 5th edition of the Rail and Metro Technology Conclave, held at Hotel Le Méridien, in New Delhi, India, from July 23-24, 2024.

As the first Indian company to offer RDSO 6.0-compliant network cameras for Indian Railways, Matrix highlighted its STQC-certified network cameras, adhering to the OWASP ASVS 4.0 L2 standards for cybersecurity compliance. These cameras ensure that critical passenger video data remains secure during transmission and storage, safeguarding against cyber threats.

During the event, Matrix experts engaged with attendees to discuss their cutting-edge IP Video Surveillance, Access Control, and Time-Attendance solutions tailored for Metro Rail Systems.

A significant highlight was the newly launched Ruggedised IP Camera, EN50155 compliant, engineered to withstand the rigorous demands of railways and roadways. These cameras offer impeccable video quality, exceptional low-light sensitivity, and versatile monitoring capabilities, ensuring crystal-clear footage even inside fast-moving vehicles.

Matrix also discussed its line of Project Bullet Network Cameras and Project Dome Network Cameras, designed for large-scale organisations. These RDSO 6.0-ready cameras deliver high-resolution imagery for enhanced clarity and protection.

Matrix’s COSEC VEGA FAXQ210

In the realm of access control and time attendance, Matrix has COSEC ARGO FACE, an intelligent door controller featuring high-speed face recognition technology with Adaptive Face Recognition, Face Liveness Detection, and Mask Compulsion. This device ensures swift identification in under 0.5 seconds, with a user capacity of 50,000, addressing evolving security threats with its deep learning algorithm.

Additionally, Matrix’s COSEC VEGA FAXQ210 is an embedded Linux-based AADHAAR-enabled biometric attendance device registered on the AEBAS Server. With authentication in under 1.5 seconds, it verifies users through their AADHAAR number stored in the smart card and fingerprint, offering reliability, convenience, speed, and data security for government organisations.
