ISS (Intelligent Security Systems), a provider of video intelligence and data awareness solutions, announces that its high-trust video analytics will soon be available to purchase through solution aggregator partners in a new range of pre-validated hardware-software configurations.
These packaged offerings are fully integrated artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for applications in smart spaces, such as cities, retail, transit, stadiums, campus, manufacturing, and more. It will now be easier for customers across spaces experiencing a rise in automation to improve sensor infrastructure, enabling use cases which require video analytics capabilities such as object recognition, classification, and detection.
Data processing units
Powered by NVIDIA graphics processing units (GPUs) and NVIDIA BlueField data processing units (DPUs) and combined with leading software platforms, these ready-to-deploy appliances are ideal for power compute- and data-intensive applications like AI video analytics. This effort will facilitate simple deployments of AI, autonomous machines and other technologies.

“One of our core missions at ISS is making high-trust analytics and AI accessible to sections of the market that previously have not had access to products like ours,” said Matt Powell, Managing Director for North America at ISS. “The goal is to remove the barriers created by the complexity of hardware integration, resulting in systems integrators and end users focusing less on the hardware challenges and more on the benefits of the software. We look forward to growing this collaboration and bringing these pre-validated AI offerings to market.”
“ISS is excited to bring this initiative to our distribution partners, deepening our relationships and bringing advanced analytics, bundled with NVIDIA GPU-accelerated hardware configurations, to our customers across North America,” added Charles Vancheri, Associate Director of Distribution Partnership for North America at ISS.
Vision AI applications
ISS is a member of NVIDIA Metropolis, a partner program focused on bringing to market a new generation of vision AI applications by nurturing a rich ecosystem and offers powerful developer tools to supercharge vision AI applications that are designed to make the world’s most important spaces and operations safer and more efficient. Based on the membership, NVIDIA qualified ISS software for vision AI solution bundles with go-to-market partners, including resellers, distributors, and solution aggregators.
ISS has successfully leveraged NVIDIA GPUs in several high-profile deployments
ISS has successfully leveraged NVIDIA GPUs in several high-profile deployments, including the recently held 2022 World Cup in Qatar. ISS’ AI-enabled video analytics solutions, powered by NVIDIA GPUs, were installed at vehicle checkpoints for the eight World Cup stadiums in and around Doha, along with logistics areas and a fan zone, to safeguard visitors and make the screening process safer, faster and more efficient.
Embedded ISS analytics
The solution scans the undercarriage of vehicles in as little as three seconds, thereby eliminating the need for time-consuming, manual searches.
Pre-validated configurations featuring embedded ISS analytics will be made available to systems integrators through the distribution partners later this year. To learn more about ISS and their suite of high-trust video analytics, visit ISS website or stop by and see them in person in Titian 2306 during ISC West 2023 this week (March 29-30) in Las Vegas.
