IPSA Member Company STM Security Group (UK) Ltd received confirmation recently that the company has achieved NSI Guarding Gold approval following the recent audit by NSI. This recognises compliance with both the security guarding standard BS 7499 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
STM had decided to change their accreditation body for commercial reasons as it was felt that the NSI was a more prominently recognised organisation within the security industry, this was in no way a reflection on the previous awarding body as they had been happy with them for many years.
This latest achievement follows on from their success a few months ago winning the award for the Customer Care Initiative of the Year at the 2015 Security and Fire Excellence Awards.
