Dahua Technology, a video-centric smart IoT solutions and service provider, held a press lunch at La Gradona Grupo Puerto Madero, Madrid, as a part of the Dahua Technology Partner Day. Hosted by Mr. Jiaqi Gao, Marketing Director of Overseas Business at Dahua Technology, and attended by 9 distinguished media entities from both inside and outside the security industry including Seguritecnia, Peldaño, Globb TV, Innovadores, and Digital Security Magazine, the press lunch provided a good opportunity to share the latest market trend and technological advancement in the industry.

Mr. Jiaqi Gao made a speech before lunch, during which he explained the development trend of the modern security industry, and presented Dahua Technology’s advantages in this time. According to a report by MarketsandMarkets, the IoT in smart cities market is projected to grow from USD 79.5 billion in 2018 to USD 219.6 billion by 2023 at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 22.5% from 2018 to 2023. It requires tight integration and collaboration of chip supplier, device manufacturer, application developer, cloud computing, big data technology etc.
