Bringing over a decade of human resources leadership experience from global, consumer-focused organisations, such as PepsiCo and Diageo, Daniel Bordeleau has a proven track record of successfully implementing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and talent management strategies.

In his new position, Daniel Bordeleau will be responsible for leading human resources, internal communications, and safety at Interface. He will be responsible for all aspects of Interface’s people agenda, including attracting, engaging, and retaining talent to accelerate Interface’s position as a major managed services enterprise.
