I-View Now, an award-winning monitoring station video and signaling interface, is proud to announce an updated and improved integration with monitoring station automation software platform partner, MASterMind, a division under United Technologies Corporation. This updated integration improves signaling by utilising a dedicated MASrecv I-View Now Receiver. Built in conjunction with MAS, these processes employ dedicated and proprietary signal types and signal formats which provide richer contextual information and video.

The MASterMind Auto-Notification and Verification Interface with I-View Now integration provides mobile verification to central station customers. This process allows the end user to cancel the alarm, request dispatch, and call the monitoring center.
