Tom Stone has been named Police Commissioner-at-Large to the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department (WEGO) by the Board of Supervisors of Westtown and East Goshen Townships (Pa.).

Tom Stone serves with an elected supervisor from each township. The Chief of Police reports directly to the WEGO Police Commission, which is also responsible for the review of policies and procedures and the direction of the department.
He has served on Elite’s LEAB for 12 years and is a staunch supporter of the company’s crime prevention efforts and remote guarding’s role in reducing false alarm responses.
Tom Stone is Executive Director Emeritus of FBI-LEEDA and was instrumental in establishing that organisation’s educational development programmes. He continues his commitment to law enforcement excellence through this new role.

Tom Stone’s more than four decades of law enforcement and public safety experience include 22 years as Chief of Police and/or Public Safety Director. Additionally, he has worked with major law firms and municipalities to analyse police situational issues and provide expert opinions and reports, as well as expert testimony as needed.
